Bo Dukes indicted by Houston Co. grand jury

HOUSTON CO., GA (WALB) - Bo Dukes was indicted by a Houston County grand jury Tuesday for charges stemming from a Jan. 1 incident, according to the Houston County District Attorney’s Office.
Dukes was indicted on the following charges:
- one count of rape
- two counts of aggravated sodomy
- two counts of kidnapping
- two counts of aggravated assault
- four counts of possession of firearm/knife during commission of a crime
- one count of possession of firearm by convicted felon
Dukes is also facing charges in an unrelated case. He was charged with concealing a death, tampering with evidence and hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal in the Tara Grinstead case.
Grinstead went missing in 2005.
