Cinco de Mayo celebrations begin ahead of the holiday

AMERICUS, Ga. (WALB) - The Alley restaurant at the Windsor Hotel announced in a Facebook post they plan to celebrate Cinco de Mayo before May 5.

The restaurant said they kicked off celebrations on May 1 with Cinco-de-Mayo-inspired drink specials. They said the specials will be served through Saturday, May 3.

Some of the specials include margarita flights, blood orange tequila fizz and strawberry daiquiri slushes, according to the Facebook post.

The Alley is open Saturday night until just into Sunday morning at 12:30 a.m.
